19th Century Solid Elm Box Settle With Storage (Completely dismantles for easy transportation & accessibility). High backed & constructed of nine large planks of highly figured elm that have mellowed to a lovely warm colour, the elm has taken on its own wavy shape which adds to its character. The seat is hinged & there is a large box compartment that would hold many shoes/boots & bags. It would make a fabulous entrance hall piece or could be used as part of a dining room seating arrangement. In fine showroom condition & showing no repairs.
